There are a variety of amateur sporting events that happen every year in our community. Some are big, and some are small.  Some take months to plan and organize, and some happen spur of the moment. They all have one thing in common. They rely on volunteers to be successful. Volunteering is a fundamental component of everyone’s enjoyment of amateur sports. July 22nd Wrap Up

Yet another busy weekend of racing for Human Powered Racing. This past weekend 6 athletes (and coach) made the trek down to Lake Stevens, Washington for a fantastic 70.3 event.  Adrian Walton, Heather Whittall, Brian Strilesky, Chad Dalrymple and Jodi Mucha all put in fantastic efforts with Adrian pulling off a podium finish in the men’s 40-44 age category and earning a trip the World Championship in Vegas.
